2. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made products, personalized items, intimate apparel, and health and hygiene products, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email) is required for all returns.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable Products: Food items, beverages, and other perishable goods.
  • Custom or Personalized Products: Items that have been custom-made or personalized for the customer.
  • Intimate Apparel: Earrings, undergarments, and swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
  • Health and Personal Care Items: Products such as skincare, cosmetics, and other personal care items that have been opened or used.

4. Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our Customer Support team at support@africamarketgh.com within the return period to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, reason for the return, and any supporting evidence (such as photos for damaged items).

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s). Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) and include the RMA number and proof of purchase. Ship the item back to the address provided in the return instructions.

  4. Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Africa Market GH. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  5. Inspection and Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and indicate your preference for an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
  • Africa Market GH will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including shipping costs, for items that arrive damaged or defective.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
  • If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please contact your bank or credit card provider first, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@africamarketgh.com. We will assist in verifying the status of your refund and ensure that it is processed correctly.
